In order to be a leader as a woman of color, we need to have courage, perseverance, and support. The support starts with taking care of ourselves and each other, staying connected, and working together to make a difference.

At our core, we believe that everyone deserves to live in a world that is fair, just, and equitable. Unfortunately, systemic barriers have prevented many from accessing the resources and
opportunities necessary to thrive. That's why we're committed to empowering women of color to lead the charge for change.
We believe that the voices and experiences of women of color are essential to creating a better world for all. Through their leadership and courage, we can challenge the status quo, dismantle oppressive systems, and create a more inclusive, compassionate society.
