Michelle is an accomplished executive in the healthcare industry with over twenty years of diverse professional experience in the field as an Administrator and Nurse Leader. Michelle is the Owner, and CEO of Deal Straight Leadership and Development Enterprise LLC, and a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Teacher, Trainer, and Motivational Speaker. Michelle is able to provide workshops, seminars, keynote speaking, and coaching, aiding your personal, spiritual, and professional growth through study and practical applications of John’s proven leadership methods. Evidencing her magnificent reputation in her field, Michelle has also worked as an FOH Leadership Coach with the Department of Federal Occupational Health.

On top of the considerable amount of expertise she has obtained through her vast professional experience, Michelle is an extensively educated individual who earned a Doctoral Degree in Health Administration and Leadership from the world renowned Medical University of South Carolina, where she is also an Adjunct Professor in the Cardiovascular Perfusion Program, and the Master’s in Health Administration Program.

In addition, Michelle is a co-author of “It Takes Money Honey,” a book collaboration on developing faith and financial freedom, and is currently working on a couple of other self-published books that will be released in the near future. Michelle is also an Independent Beauty Consultant with Mary Kay.

Michelle is a proud member of Mt. Moriah Missionary Baptist Church where she has served several years as a Deaconess, and is currently a Minister-in-Training. Additionally, Michelle is a Pearl Imperial Ambassador with Mantled and Mentored Women’s Mentorship Group, and she serves on the Executive Board of Remnant Warriors Global, Inc. Last but not least, Michelle is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Omicron Rho Omega, North Charleston Chapter where she serves as the Chaplain and Co-Chair of the Risk Management Committee.
